Meat Lover’s Lasagna
Italian Cuisine Meets Meat Lover’s Dream

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat (beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, pork)
- 1 jar of organic tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1.5 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 15 oz container of dairy free ricotta cheese (Recommended brands: Kite hill)
- Water
Procedure
1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. If using TINKYADA brand, use the direct bake method.
2. Preheat oven to 375 F and spray the baking dish with olive oil/ avocado oil.
3. Cook ground meat in a pan on the stovetop on medium-high heat. When meat is browned add seasonings and mix thoroughly. Drain any excess fat and lower heat to a simmer and add in tomato sauce and a bit of water to thin out mixture. Allow meat to cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
4. Pour ¼ cup of sauce into baking dish. Layer lasagne noodles followed by 1 cup of sauce and ¼ of ricotta cheese. Repeat for 2-3 layers as needed. Cover pan with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
5. If desired, broil lasagna uncovered for 3-5 minutes.
